This is a pic I did a few months ago for a school project; we looked through an anthropological museum and were asked to create a scene utilizing some of what we saw. I used a decorated Egyptian cat statue, some floral patterns, a feather headdress, wooden shark fin decorations on a boat, and the patterns of an anaconda skin in this. Just a red inkwash...I almost never post things I've done in school, because creating art that I'm forced to do/can't do the way I want/don't enjoy really bothers me, but I quite like how this came out so I'll put it up. It doesn't really mean anything; just a random moment in the life of some bizarre--but, I think, quite regal--predator.

And thanks about the color! We were *technically* supposed to use black-and-white, but I really wanted some color in this. So I used red ink instead.
